This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative People Team and take ownership of the monthly payroll function while supporting employee benefits and reward processes. Based in modern offices in central Rotherham, the role offers hybrid working and the chance to play a key part in ensuring a smooth and accurate payroll experience for employees. Role Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll for 100+ salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process variable pay elements including bonuses, adjustments, and payroll changes. Act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries, providing expert guidance on payroll legislation and compliance. Oversee benefits administration, including pensions, healthcare, and wellbeing initiatives. Support annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes.
