Payroll & HR Manager

Search are currently working in conjunction with a large organisation based in Halifax who are looking to recruit a HR & Payroll Manager to join the business.
Job Duties:
Processing end to end monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance - also overseeing weekly payroll when other team members off Overseeing all employee records including: starters, leavers, any pay changes and any deductions that need to be made Overseeing pension contributions and enrolment for employees Ensure HMRC compliance at all times Advised on any payroll queries that may arise Overseeing the HR lifecycle for the business including recruitment, probation, inductions and exit interviews Updating HR records and ensuring compliance at all times Supporting management with any employee relations
Candidate must possess:
Working knowledge of SAGE and also Microsoft proficient CIPD Level 5 (Desirable) End to end payroll processing knowledge Knowledgeable with employment law and HMRC legislation Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage timed deadlines
What's on offer:
