Are you an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist? Are you passionate about ensuring a seamless payroll operation? Fancy working for a growing organisation? Then we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a Payroll Benefits Specialist to provide support to each of our business units and work with our external payroll provider to ensure accuracy, compliance and ultimately a smooth employee payroll experience. You will be a key point of contact for payroll queries and you will work closely with both finance and HR teams to maintain efficient payroll operations. You will have a strong understanding of payroll legislation, be CIPP qualified or working towards the qualification, and have experience managing pensions and employee benefits. Leading our benefits review processes and working with pension providers will be your responsibility so previous experience in this area would be preferred.
