Payroll Administrator - Charity

We are excited to be partnering with an amazing charity based in Southwest London that is looking to hire an experienced Portfolio Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position to work closely with the Payroll Manager. It is a fantastic hybrid opportunity at a forward-thinking business.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll handle a range of payroll-related tasks, including:

End‑to‑end monthly payroll processing for complex UK payroll
Manage the process for all starters, leavers, and contractual changes
Administering a range of employee benefits including Pensions
Provide support with manual payroll calculations
Assist with calculating and processing SMP, SSP and Company sick pay

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of payroll processes
Minimum 2 years payroll experience
Confident using Excel (intermediate level - e.g. V-Lookups/Pivot Tables)
Experience with iTrent is desirable but not essential
Someone who enjoys ownership, works well under pressure, and thrives in a close‑knit team
