Senior Pay Reward Manager

Role
Focus of this role will be on Pay and Rewards for a large scale government Digital and Data programme (,000 civil servants).
We seek someone with experience of setting up pay allowances within the civil service, who understand pay frameworks and rewards tools/practices and evidence of implementation.
Strong analytical skills, modelling pay data, help to design pay and benefit pratices and addressing challenges relating to Pay and Reward.
