Our Clients leading IP Patent Law Firm are seeking a Paralegal who have a passion for IP. This is an amazing opportunity for Paralegals with a Training Contract starting in 12 Months looking to start their career in IP.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all phases of patent litigation, including preparing hearing and trial bundles, managing case documents, and assisting with disclosure.
• Carry out legal and technical research relating to patents, IP rights, and relevant scientific subject matter.
• Draft correspondence, prepare court filings, and assist with hearing and trial preparation.
• Work closely with clients, experts, counsel, and internal teams to help ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates who have secured a Future Training Contract and are available for a 12 month placement.
• A strong interest in intellectual property and patent disputes.
• Excellent research skills, outstanding organisation, and a high level of attention to detail.
• A proactive approach, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
