This recently refurbished 4 star hotel is seeking the talents of an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to run the pastry section. You will be working independently on the pastry section. Afternoon tea is large part of the role. You will be responsible for developing seasonal menus. You will be contracted to 39 hours per week, and you will be working daytime hours, finishing by 5pm.
