We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Oswalds Club in Mayfair, leading the pastry departments of our two renowned restaurants. What you will do: Lead the pastry team during service, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and calm environment Menu development, seasonal creations, and new pastry concepts. Maintain excellent organisation, stock rotation, and quality control. Train, mentor, and guide junior pastry chefs. What are we looking for? Strong background in high-end, luxury, or Michelin-standard pastry kitchens, with proven experience in restaurant environments Lead the pastry team during service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and calm environment. Proven experience creating classic restaurant pastry desserts Calm, organised, and proactive, with the ability to lead and inspire a small team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
