Primary Responsibilities Include
Assisting the Chef de Partie in meal preparation.

Monitoring portion control and quantities of preparation to minimise waste.

Prepare ingredients for the meal service.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
