As a Pastry Commis Chef at the Haymarket Hotel, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen team. Your creativity and passion for pastry will shine as you contribute to our renowned culinary offerings. You will work closely with our experienced pastry chefs, learning and growing in a supportive environment that values excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and production of a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Collaborate with the pastry team to create new and innovative dessert items. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish prepared. Support the kitchen in maintaining inventory and managing supplies. What you Need: Previous experience in a similar pastry role. Ability to work effectively within a team. Exceptional attention to detail. A genuine passion for food and pastry creation. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
