About the role: As the Pastry Chef Tutor , you will teach part time City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Patisserie and Confectionery both theory and practical. This course is an adult course, one evening per week. Responsibilities as our Pastry Chef Tutor will include: Delivering the City & Guilds Certificate in Patisserie and Confectionery Level 3 to part time adult learners, as agreed with the Curriculum Lead Utilising virtual learning platform and provide data in line with college policies Working closely with the Curriculum lead, particularly with regards to the monitoring of learner progress Paying due attention to the principles of inclusive learning including; individual learning styles; support for students with learning difficulties; extension resources/activities for students of higher ability.
