Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team in this prestigious site located in Central London
What you will be doing:
Preparing high-quality pastries, desserts and sweet offerings
Supporting with hospitality and events
Delivering consistent, beautifully presented pastries and desserts
Working closely with chefs and the hospitality teams
Being involved with seasonal menu development and creative ideas
Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per week
What we are looking for:
Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong pastry background
Stable work history
Genuine passion for pastry, creativity and presentation
Strong attention to detail and presentation with a focus on consistency
Calm, organised and professional approach
A team player with a positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
