Key Criteria:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
Proficiency in pastry techniques and methods, with a strong foundation in Italian pastry traditions preferred.
Creativity and passion for innovation, demonstrated through the development of new dessert concepts and recipes.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the culinary team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
