Houston & Hawkes are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team, delivering refined pastries, desserts and sweet offerings within a premium Central London client site.

THE ROLE
Preparing high-quality pastries, desserts and sweet offerings
Supporting premium hospitality and event service
Delivering consistent, beautifully presented pastry items
Working closely with chefs and hospitality teams
Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards
Supporting seasonal menu development and creative ideas
ABOUT YOU
Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong pastry background
Passion for pastry, creativity and presentation
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Calm, organised and professional approach
Team player with a positive attitude
