About you:
We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef who possesses a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be a Team player and passionate about pastry creation.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with our Head Pastry Chef to craft exquisite pastry creations
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in both preparation and presentation of pastries
Contribute innovative ideas to elevate our pastry offerings
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section
Activelyparticipatein the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef dePartieor Pastry Commis in a high-end dining establishment
Demonstrable creativity and passion for pushing the boundaries of pastry arts
In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques and current industry trends
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
