About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard . As a key member of our culinary team, youll play a vital role in delivering the creativity, precision, and consistency that define the Oblix dining experience, supporting the senior chefs, inspiring the brigade, and ensuring every desert reflects our commitment to excellence.
