We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef for this infamous dining pub located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. We're looking for an exceptional pastry chef who is excited about being in a busy environment, with has previous experience being on a pastry section in a restaurant, and coming up with new ideas and menu development. You should be a keen foodie who keeps up to date with the latest food trends and techniques, while maintaining a solid foundation in traditional cooking.

The Person

The successful Pastry Chef will have the following
Experience as a Pastry chef at rosette or Michelin level
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
Ideally be able to drive or live locally
Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
Have the confidence to create and be innovative
Ability to remain calm and level-headed in high-stress situations
Strong work ethic and dedication to the job and industry
Highly motivated and driven to succeed
