Senior Fire & Security Recruitment Consultant - Contract Specialist Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door/Passive Fire Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver multiple projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and long-term career prospects with a well-established and industry leading client within the fire protection space. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of fire door and passive fire protection projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of compliance and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate fire door and passive fire protection contracts across multiple sites Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery Oversee health & safety compliance, quality assurance, and documentation Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits as required Ensure works are delivered in line with current legislation, standards (e.g., BM TRADA), and best practices Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Provide technical support and leadership to site-based teams Prepare and submit reports to senior management and clients
Requirements:
Proven experience managing fire door and passive fire protection contracts Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, building regulations, and compliance standards Experience delivering projects in commercial, residential, or public-sector environments Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London

Location: Candidates must be based within or near the M25 Working Pattern: Hybrid – a mix of site visits, remote work, and occasional office meetings
