What You Will Be Doing
Managing a varied portfolio of Party Wall matters across London and beyond
Acting for building owners and adjoining owners
Mentoring junior team members they will actually listen mostly
Contributing to business development and client relationships
Potentially stepping into a leadership role depending on your level
What They Are Looking For?
Strong experience in Party Wall surveying you know your Notices from your Awards without Googling
Ideally MRICS or FRICS or equivalent experience if you have taken a different route
Commercial awareness and confidence with clients
A sense of humour optional but highly recommended
