Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded 2-form entry primary school in the Hanwell area of Ealing to recruit a Year 3 teacher to start from February half term and continue for the remainder of the academic year. This is a part-time role, Monday to Wednesday, providing consistency and support for pupils and staff.
The position exists to cover a teaching gap while maintaining the strong progress and standards already established in the year group. The school is looking for a teacher who can step in and sustain pupil outcomes while working collaboratively with their year group partner.

As Year 3 teacher, you will:
Plan, teach and assess engaging lessons across KS2 for your allocated days Work closely with your year group partner to ensure continuity of learning Support pupils' academic progress and behaviour in line with school policies Attend relevant meetings, parents' evenings, and professional development sessions on your working days Contribute positively to the school communityThis role allows a part-time teacher to make a significant impact while providing continuity for pupils and staff.
Who We're Looking For
The school is seeking a teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has strong KS2 teaching experience, ideally with confident subject knowledge for Year 3 Demonstrates effective classroom and behaviour management Works collaboratively with colleagues and communicates well with parents Can commit to Monday to Wednesday until at least July 2026Both experienced teachers and confident ECTs are encouraged to apply.
