We’re looking for a highly organised Stock Control & Purchasing Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.   This will position will involve working approx 30 hours onsite for our client in Coventry. The client is flexible on the days and hours worked by the candidate.

You’ll be at the heart of our supply chain—making sure stock levels are accurate, purchase orders are timely, goods flow efficiently in and out of the business, and the stores environment is safe, tidy, and well-organised.

What You’ll Be Doing

Stock Control

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels across the business Organise stock locations for efficient storage and easy retrieval Manage batch-controlled and expiry-dated stock in line with procedures Identify and isolate obsolete, damaged, or faulty stock using quarantine processes Support regular stock counts and auditsPurchasing & Purchase Ordering
