Location: London, Greenford (10min walk from Perivale Station)


Hours & Schedule:

10-15 hours per week.

Office days are flexible, as long as there are 2 posts per day (14 posts per week) across all platforms.


About Us

We are a growing start-up e-commerce business in the Health & Wellness space, specialising in Health Tech. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to work closely with the Founder and support social media growth.


Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to lead and execute our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing engaging content, managing daily posting, and driving audience growth and engagement across channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. You will work on-site at our warehouse office 5 days per week with the potential to work remotely after probation. You must be comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule of at least two posts per day across designated channels
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience interests
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including posting, commenting, and responding to messages
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and optimise strategies accordingly


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
  • Strong content creation skills (copywriting, graphic/video editing, storytelling)
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, tools, and analytics
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily posting targets
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience running paid social campaigns is a plus but not necessary.
  • Interest in the Health & Wellness products.
