ShowerBox provides free mobile shower services for people experiencing homelessness and hygiene poverty – offering dignity, care, and a safe space for anyone who needs it. Our Central London project is our busiest – over 200 guests visit each Saturday and around 60 guests have showers. We couldn’t do it without our amazing team of 20+ volunteers each week.
Role Summary We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Service Delivery Shift Leader to coordinate and oversee the smooth running of our Central London project based in Tottenham Court Road WC2H.  You’ll be responsible for taking the lead on setting up the Saturday service, managing the volunteer team, and ensuring a respectful, welcoming experience for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the setup and close-down of the shower service
Coordinate and support volunteers on the day
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld
Be the main point of contact for guests and volunteers
Record and provide service delivery data as required
Respond to any on-site issues with calm and care
