SEN Teaching Assistant – Part Time (3 Days per Week)

A friendly two-form entry primary school in South Croydon is looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a part-time role supporting a pupil with Autism on a 1:1 basis.
The successful candidate will provide tailored support throughout the school day, helping to encourage learning, engagement, and positive behaviour.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism
* Support learning, social interaction, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with class teachers and the SEN team
* Follow individual education and behaviour plans
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with Autism / SEN
* A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
