Part-Time HR Manager (3 days)
Salary – up to £60k FTE
Cambridge
Site based 3 days per week
 
Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking for a flexible opportunity? We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an early stage Technology business on a part-time basis, 3 days per week.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and culture development
  • Support managers with performance management and employee development
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices
  • Manage HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records using the HRIS
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Previous experience in a stand alone HR Manager role
  • Start up / scale up environment experience
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
