Youll be joining a business that places value on its people and is committed to continuously improving how it supports its clients and workforce.Key Responsibilities:Providing broad administrative support within a people-focused functionMaintaining and updating internal systems and digital recordsSupporting the preparation and circulation of communications and updatesActing as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersAssisting with coordination of recruitment and onboarding activitySupporting document creation, including templates and standardised materialsHelping to ensure internal processes and records remain accurate and up to dateContributing to ongoing operational and process improvementsAbout You:Previous experience in an administrative or support-based roleComfortable working with a range of systems and standard Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised, reliable, and able to manage competing prioritiesA proactive approach with a willingness to learn and developConfident working both independently and as part of a teamProfessional and approachable mannerPackage & Benefits:Salary circa £27,976 FTE (£13.45 per hour)Part-time hours (up to 30 per week)25 days annual leave (FTE)Pension schemeFlexible/agile working options availableJBRP1_UKTJ
