Chapel Down are recruiting a temporary Customer Service Executive to join our Sales Administration team. Our customer service executives are the first point of contact for customers seeking product/service advice by telephone or email. The primary goal of the role is to process all trade, consumer and internal orders, give first rate customer service to all and resolve queries and problems with competent understanding, efficiency and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities Process all manner of sales orders, from order-capture through to despatch and on time, in full delivery. Day to day problem solving, stock control and communication with customers, shareholders, colleagues and third party logistic partners. Manage and maintain relationships with logistics providers. Monitor and report on their performance. Handle internal and external telephone queries, taking orders and directing calls effectively, in line with brand guidelines on tone of voice.
