Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Clerk to join the finance function. This role will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate processing, strong financial controls, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: Managing the accounts payable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time Maintaining and updating financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Performing regular bank and account reconciliations Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts Supporting month-end and year-end close processes Preparing documentation and supporting external audits Monitoring cash flow and assisting with budgeting activities Who were looking for: Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Solid understanding of accounts payable and general ledger processes Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements Whats On Offer: Competitive salary depending on experience Opportunity to develop within a growing and supportive business Exposure to a wide range of accounting responsibilities On-site parking Friendly and collaborative working environment If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please get in touch with Diarmuid for further details.
