Parts Supervisor

Due to internal promotion, my client is looking for a Parts Supervisor to support the daily running of their busy parts and retail team

The Role:

Support the Parts & Retail Manager in delivering excellent customer service, overseeing showroom standards, stock control, sales, and day-to-day team operations. You’ll also step up as the point of contact in the Manager’s absence.

We’re looking for someone with:

Retail / showroom or parts department experience

Sales experience with a target-driven approach

Knowledge of horticultural / agricultural machinery (preferred)

Strong organisation, communication & customer service skills

Confidence with stock control, orders & IT systems

What we offer:

£15–£16 per hour DOE + overtime

39 hours per week (Mon–Fri, overtime & some Saturdays as needed)
