Are you a Parts Advisor or similar with a background in the automotive industry looking to step into a stable role within a growing motor factor company who can provide progression opportunities into management, training on parts and a bonus scheme to boost take home pay?

On offer is the opportunity to join a Leading motor factor parts supplier who over the last year have opened a new branch and have plans to continue their expansion with more in the next few year. They put staff first and value promoting their established staff into senior positions.

This role will involve speaking to customers either over the counter or on the phone regarding parts they are looking to purchase, advising them which parts would suit their needs and upselling them on other ranges. You will also be helping out with other tasks around the branch.

This role would suit a Parts Advisor or similar with an Automotive background looking to join a growing company where there is potential for real career growth, individual based training and a bonus scheme that will see performance rewarded.
