You will be joining a well established organisation based in East Bristol (BS5 area). The business operates within the private sector and has a growing finance function, offering a supportive environment with exposure to a broad range of management accounting duties.
Your new role
As a Part Qualified Management Accountant, you will work closely with senior finance stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting and commercial decision making. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA and looking to build on recent practical experience within industry.Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
• Producing balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Posting accruals, prepayments and journals
• Assisting with cost analysis and reporting to budget holders
• Supporting statutory reporting and audit preparation where required

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be part qualified with ACCA or CIMA and have prior experience within a management accounting or commercial finance role in industry.You will also need:

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Good attention to detail and analytical ability
• The ability to communicate clearly with non finance stakeholders
• Experience working to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• A proactive and adaptable approach
