A fast-growing UK audio and media business is seeking an ambitious Head of Partnerships to lead commercial growth across its radio, podcast and content platforms. This is a senior, hands-on role with full ownership of partnerships strategy, brand sales and revenue performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Owning and executing the commercial partnerships and sales strategy

✔️ Driving direct brand and sponsor revenue aligned to audience and content strategy

✔️ Building and managing senior-level relationships with advertisers and partners

✔️ Creating compelling multi-platform advertising and sponsorship packages

✔️ Working closely with content, social and marketing teams to maximise commercial impact

✔️ Analysing audience insights and market trends to inform sales positioning

✔️ Tracking performance, forecasting revenue and reporting against targets

✔️ Representing the brand at industry events, meetings and networking opportunities

✔️ Leading by example with a proactive, deal-driven and entrepreneurial approach


What You’ll Bring ✅

✨ 5+ years’ experience in media, audio, podcast or radio sales

✨ Proven success in direct-to-brand partnerships and revenue generation

✨ Strong commercial instincts with a hunter mentality

✨ Confident negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skills

✨ Deep understanding of digital/audio media and audience-led selling

✨ Ability to think creatively when packaging inventory and solutions

✨ Self-starter mindset — comfortable owning strategy and outcomes

✨ Experience using CRM, sales tools and creating pitch materials
