Strategic Partnerships Manager – Events, Media & Brand Partnerships


This is a high-impact, commercially driven role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating tailored partnership solutions and driving new business in a creative, fast-moving environment.


About the company

Our client is a well-established events, media and community business with a strong purpose driven mission to promote women in business. With a team of around 20, they deliver a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C events - from large-scale industry forums to high-profile awards and purpose-led initiatives.


Alongside events, they offer a broad and evolving product suite including digital content, publishing, and bespoke partnership opportunities. Their work is particularly strong across sectors such as retail, beauty, lifestyle and fashion, with an exciting new publishing platform launching shortly.


Responsibilities include:

  • Driving new business by building a strong pipeline of brand partnerships across B2C events and digital products
  • Creating bespoke, multi-channel partnership solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Building and nurturing senior relationships within retail, beauty, lifestyle and related sectors
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver and grow long-term, high-value partnerships


Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, media sales, digital sales, sponsorship or similar B2B commercial roles
  • Strong network or experience working with consumer brands (retail, beauty, lifestyle, fashion especially)
  • Confident creating tailored proposals and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Highly proactive, driven and comfortable building pipeline from scratch
