What You'll Do

As our Partnership Development Manager, you’ll:

• Build and sustain strong broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
• Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes.
• Embed Consumer Duty principles into broker and partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs.
• Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities.
• Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring broker performance and ensuring accountability.
• Play a key role in evolving our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
