Were working with a leading professional services firm to hire a Partnership Accountant into their global accounting team. This team sits at the heart of the business, supporting all aspects of partner finance from profit distributions to capital and tax. This role is particularly well-suited to someone trained in audit who is looking to move away from timesheets and into into a more operational and value-add finance position, while still leveraging strong technical and reconciliation skills and working with senior stakeholders. Benefits £40k - £50k Annual bonus scheme 5% employer pension Private medical 35 days annual leave Hybrid working The Role Managing and reconciling monthly payroll processes, including journals and reporting Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations across a range of partner-related accounts Supporting audit cycles, including liaising with auditors and preparing schedules Assisting with budgeting and cash flow forecasting Work with senior stakeholders on ad-hoc global projects Contributing to process improvements and systems development Supporting year-end reporting, disclosures, and financial statements About You ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent) Background in audit or strong financial accounting experience Strong reconciliation and analytical skills Confident working with large data sets (Excel skills essential) High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines Apply below or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full details.
