A truly independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in the Bradford area is looking to appoint a Partner. The firm prides itself on delivering high-quality, hands-on support to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed business clients across Yorkshire and beyond.

As Partner, you will take ownership of an existing client portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of accounting, tax, and business strategy. You will be part of a collaborative leadership team that values integrity, professionalism, and client service above all else.

Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of OMB clients
Provide proactive advice on accounting, tax, and commercial matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted business partner
Oversee compliance and ensure technical excellence across client deliverables
Support and mentor team members, contributing to the firm’s continued growth and reputation
Play an active role in practice development, business planning, and client acquisition
About You:
ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong background in general practice
Experience with owner-managed businesses essential
Audit experience beneficial but not required
Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships
Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the desire to take on equity within 1–2 years
