About the Role

Our client is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom and is seeking a senior Corporate Finance Partner to drive growth in a key market. This role is aimed at an experienced professional with a proven ability to originate, lead and close transactions while building strong long term relationships across the UK mid market.

Key Responsibilities

• Originating and closing M and A, commercial due diligence and restructuring mandates within the UK market

• Developing and expanding relationships with mid market firms, private equity funds and PE backed companies

• Driving new business quickly through an established network

• Acting as a senior advisor to clients through the full deal cycle

• Supporting the strategic growth of the UK practice

Candidate Profile

• Established Corporate Finance professional operating at Partner level

• Strong track record of originating mandates in the UK

• Deep network across mid market firms, funds and PE backed companies

• Proven capability in business development and revenue generation

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a practice from the ground up

• Energetic, resourceful and commercially driven

• This role requires someone still in the growth phase of their career, not someone nearing retirement
