Job Title: International Partner Recruiting Coordinator

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working

Salary: up to £52,000 per annum

The role

In your new role as International Partner Recruiting Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing incoming lateral partner candidate submission.
• Coordinating multi time zone interview scheduling.
• Overseeing candidate due diligence processes ensuring compliance with policies.
• Liaising with international offices and business services to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Coordinating with internal teams on lateral orientation and onboarding for new partners.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience of lateral or partner recruitment within a law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
• IT proficient, comfortable learning new IT systems and databases.
