Company Description:
The company is a rapidly growing consultancy. They are seeking an experienced Partner Level Quantity Surveyor to join their innovative team in Liverpool. This role is part of a new growth strategy and could involve leading the Yorkshire office.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities. Establish and lead a new Cost Management team. Ensure project delivery with high quality, within specified timelines and budget. Develop and nurture existing client relationships. Provide expert quantity surveying consultancy services for high-value projects, from inception to completion. Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors. Collaborate with candidates to support their progression towards MRICS status.
Qualifications and Experience:
MRICS accreditation or equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years at Associate Director or Director level. Strong experience in various sectors such as residential, education, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and healthcare. Proven success in business development and client relationship management. Track record in growing and developing a team. In-depth knowledge of the regional market and strong industry connections.
