What You'll Be Doing: Supporting people with daily living tasks such as dressing, cooking & cleaning Encouraging participation in hobbies & social activities Providing emotional and physical care , including personal care when required Administering medication and maintaining accurate care plans Driving individuals to appointments or community activities (You must be willing to drive a company vehicle) Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Who We're Looking For: Experience working with mental health , learning disabilities , or behaviours that challenge A calm, caring, and adaptable nature Passionate about making a difference every day A good sense of humour and team spirit Able to maintain professionalism, empathy, and resilience
