Day hours: £14.59 – £16.85
Sleep-in hours: £10.06 – £11.57
Mon / Wed / Fri – 9am to 4pm

Head First, acting on behalf of our client, is seeking female Support Workers* to join a small, dedicated team supporting a vibrant woman in her 30s. She lives in her own home with close family support and enjoys drama, theatre, cooking, music, arts and crafts, puzzles, and relaxed downtime.

Due to an acquired brain injury, she requires 1:1 support from people who can help her pursue her interests, achieve her goals, and enjoy an active and fulfilling life.

Support Worker Responsibilities

Working within a rolling two week rota including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
Providing support with daily living activities and meaningful engagement
Driving the client’s vehicle (manual driving licence required)
Flexibility to cover additional hours for sickness and annual leave
Holding (or being willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS – funded by the employer
