Site HR Manager , youll partner with the site leadership team to align HR practices with business goals, drive engagement, and ensure compliance. Youll oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, including union engagement. Youll also champion talent development and succession planning while promoting a positive, inclusive culture. The part time

role is site-based with occasional travel. Youll play a vital part in maintaining a safe working environment and supporting organisational change initiatives. About You: Youll bring strong HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operational setting. CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) is essential, along with knowledge of UK employment law. Experience in unionised environments and handling complex ER matters is key.
