Are you organised, proactive, and keen to support innovative technical projects? We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our busy team delivering cutting-edge technical products and solutions. This part-time role offers the opportunity to be involved from concept through to completion, supporting teams across the UK and internationally.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with project planning, including scheduling tasks, tracking timelines, monitoring budgets, and managing resources. Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sharing updates with stakeholders. Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring information is up to date. Monitoring purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and budgets to keep projects on track. Identifying risks, resolving issues proactively, and escalating when necessary. Supporting quality checks and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Using project management and technical tools/software to support delivery.
What We're Looking For:
