Part-Time Office Assistant — Global Financial Services Firm (London) January start, ongoing temporary role Based in the City of London £16 - £20 per hour DOE Schedule: 2 days per week, 4 hours per day (with occasional additional hours)
A global financial services firm are seeking a highly organised and capable Office Assistant to keep their new London office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is able to self-manage and enjoys being the go-to person for office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain pantry: order and organise snacks, drinks, supplies; oversee daily upkeep of machines Track and restock office supplies Greet visitors and support onsite meetings Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail Coordinate daily catered meals Support recruiting with onsite interviews and new-hire onboarding Assist with planning team dinners and outings Partner with global Admin/IT teams on office projects Ship packages globally (FedEx, DHL) Keep the office tidy; maintain seating chart Occasionally assist IT with equipment setupQualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is essential Highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure Strong multitasking skills; enjoys working hard and proactively Comfortable in fast-paced environments Microsoft Office experience a plusIf you’re a motivated self-starter who enjoys creating a smooth, welcoming office experience, we’d love to hear from you.
