Part Time Office Administrator/Receptionist | Maidstone (fully office based) | £13 per hour
Our client are looking for a part time office administrator/receptionist to join their team. This role is a 25 hours, typical hours are 1pm-6pm Monday-Friday.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanour
Deal with the inbox
General office administration and maintaining filing systems
Keeping accurate records using traditional systems
Supporting the business with day-to-day tasks
Organising paperwork and ensuring proper filing
Communicating with drivers and customers as needed

Candidate Profile:
A strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Highly organised and methodical work habits
Comfort with traditional systems and processes
Reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness
The ability to work independently within a small team
Flexible availability across the working week

Additional Details:
1pm 6pm
25 hours per week
Office hours typically 8am-6pm (require someone with flexibility to cover mornings occasionally 8am 1pm)
