What will you do as a Membership Customer Service and Sales Advisor
* Drive growth of membership subscribers via outbound calls to existing clients and prospective members
* Assist with member customer service queries
* Create, develop and deliver customer recruitment and retention campaigns
* Attend business trade shows
* Manage subscriber renewals
* Answer inbound calls from existing members
What will you need to be a Membership Customer Service and Sales Advisor
* At least 1 years sales experience or within a role that includes negotiating
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident and outgoing
* Organised
* Self motivated
