We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent school for a part-time HR Manager to join their team and lead on all aspects of HR compliance and operations.
About the Role
As HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s HR function. This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll manage recruitment, safeguarding checks, employee relations, and HR compliance in line with UK employment law and statutory guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR operations, including contracts, personnel files, and compliance with employment law and safeguarding requirements. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising roles to onboarding new staff. Maintain accurate HR records and the Single Central Record (SCR).
