Assisting with clearing an existing credit control backlog Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email Allocating payments and updating customer accounts Resolving account queries efficiently and professionally Supporting the finance team during the system transition

About You

Previous experience in a credit control or finance support role Confident communicator with good attention to detail Able to work independently and manage workload effectively Comfortable working in an office-based environment

Hours & Flexibility: Approximately 20 hours per week Flexible working pattern: either reduced hours across 5 days or 3 full days per week This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a short-term, flexible role within a professional financial services environment.
