A well-established manufacturing business based in Shipley is seeking a motivated Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, flexibility, and a varied role within a fast-paced environment.

Your new roleWorking 20 hours per week across 4-5 days, you will support the finance team with a range of transactional duties, including:
Processing purchase ledger invoices and managing supplier queries
Handling sales ledger tasks, including raising invoices and allocating payments
Completing daily bank reconciliations and monitoring transactions
Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an accounts support role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar fast-paced sector
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using accounting systems and Excel
A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage your workload independently
