Purpose To oversee and line manage the paraplanning team to ensure timely, efficient and accurate research and financial planning reports are completed for AFH advisers. Act as a ‘go-to' for questions and queries across the team, lead support for training new employees as well as taking on additional responsibilities such as projects outside the usual client work. As our Paraplanning Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and managing a high calibre team of paraplanners, identifying any training needs within the team or for specific team members
Managing team workflow requirements effectively, ensuring the team adheres to SLAs and key performance metrics, and escalating any issues if necessary. Holding regular meetings with individuals, whilst also contributing and assisting in the running of wider team meetings
